Joining Keely in September of 2009, Gemma is the longest standing member of the team at Leigh Tutoring.  She particularly enjoys teaching English to the children and is keen to promote a love of reading.  In addition to her teaching role, Gemma also works behind the scenes, planning and preparing lessons for other teachers.

“I feel privileged to work at Leigh Tutoring, getting to know so many local children and helping them develop and gain in confidence.  Working with such small groups is great as I get to know all my pupils individually.  So many children tell me that they love coming to Leigh Tutoring and that’s evident within my classroom!”

“English is really fun with Gemma and she is really kind.  She helps us improve as much as we can and pushes us to our limits and it really helps.  It makes English easier for me which really pays off in mocks and tests because I get a good score.  She also has lots of good tips to help us.”
